Congratulations! I'm thrilled to welcome you to your one on one breathwork session.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for your session.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Please refrain from eating a heavy meal before your session.
  • Please be in a relax space where you can lie flat. You may want pillows, an eye mask, and blankets during our session.


This is your time to surrender, trust the proces allow yourself to be guided by your breath.
