My Journey: Why Traditional Methods Failed
My life has been defined by loss—from the death of my first best friend at six to the profound loss of my soul sister in 2017. That event triggered a cascade of transitions that took my dog, my relationship, my career, my home, and ultimately, led to my own suicide attempt.
In that intense spiral, I did all the things the doctors told me to do. I sought support, practiced gratitude, and engaged in physical activity. On the outside, I was wearing a mask, portraying health and happiness. But inside, I was still lost, covering my sadness with surface-level effort. The pain wouldn't go away because the "fixes" never reached the root.
The Discovery That Changed Everything
It wasn't until I discovered how to work directly with the subconscious and the body's nervous system that things truly began to shift. I finally understood why my grief hung over me like old smoke—it was showing me patterns that went back much further than the events that triggered them.
My sadness was not a punishment; it was a map. With this understanding, I realized that grief is the gateway to remembrance of self, if we open our hearts to receiving the beauty of our sadness.
Our Path to Wholeness: The RISE METHOD
The reason other methods may have fallen short is simple: profound loss isn't just an emotional event, it’s a physiological and spiritual one. It is stored in your body, and it requires a whole approach to healing.
