If you’re here, chances are you feel like a piece of you is missing. You're navigating a world that has been forever changed by loss, carrying a heaviness that most people don't understand. You've been strong, you've tried everything you can think of—counseling, support groups, maybe even medication or alternative healing methods—all in the hope of feeling whole again, of turning back the clock to a time before the pain.

You might even be wondering if this is it. If this constant, heavy presence of grief is something you just have to learn to live with.

I'm here to tell you it's not. And I know this, because I've been there too.

My Journey Through the Valley

My life has been filled with loss. I experienced my first death at 6 when my next door neighbor and best friend passed to a rare genetic disorder. Life kept bringing me more and more death in the form of relationships, jobs, pets, loved ones, and ultimately my entire identity. I thought I handled loss well, until I didn't. 

In 2017, my lifelong soul sister was taken from this world in a motorcycle accident. Her transition was the first in a long line of transitions to come over the next two and half years. I was barely able to breathe again before another part of my world was taken from me, 4 more people, my dog, my relationship, my career, my home, and ultimately, my own suicide. In my grief spiral, I tried everything. I went to counseling. I sought out alternative healing methods. I took the medicine. I practiced gratitude. I engaged in physical activity. I sought support in the community. I did everything I was "supposed" to do. I was still stuck in my grief, in my sadness, in my feelings of helplessness and despair. I saw nothing else. 

In the days, weeks, and months after my suicide I slowly began to rebuild. Again, I was doing all of the things the doctors told me to do. I was still just covering my sadness. On the outside, I portrayed health, healing, and happiness. That's what everyone wanted from me. It was a mask. I was trying the old "fake it til you make it". I wasn't making it. I was still lost.

It wasn't until I discovered working with the subconscious that things really began to shift. I finally understood why my grief wouldn't just go away, why my sadness hung over me like old cigarette smoke in a dingy bar. Once that awareness came online, everything started to shift. I saw that my grief went so much further than the events that triggered it. It all made sense and with this understanding, I was able to see my grief in a completely different light. My sadness was here to show me the path back to love and it will show you too, if you allow it. 

How We Rise Together: A Different Path to Wholeness

The reason other methods may have fallen short is that profound loss isn't just an emotional event, it is a spiritual event, it is a physiological event and it requires a whole approach to healing. Grief is stored in our bodies. It changes the way our nervous system responds to the world. It changes the way our brain understands the world. Grief brings us to the very deepest darkest parts of our soul. It has the power to both consume us and to become our greatest gift of transformation. Grief is the gateway, if we open our hearts to receiving all of the beauty of our sadness our lives are forever changed and improved.

My work is different. I don’t just offer a space to talk; I provide the tools to transform. My approach is built on a foundation of slow, deliberate, intentional action. Here’s what our journey together looks like:

  • We Begin with Safety: First, we gently work to calm your nervous system, creating a true sense of safety within your own body—perhaps for the first time in a long time.

  • We Learn to Feel: I guide you in learning how to actually feel your emotions without being overwhelmed, process them somatically (through the body), and release the past stories that have kept you stuck.

  • We Rebuild & Empower: Using powerful subconscious and somatic techniques, we create space to rebuild the belief systems that have held you back. The ultimate goal isn't for you to rely on me, but for you to become your own healer, equipped with the tools to navigate life’s hills with confidence and purpose.
